MERCHANDISE: Although a variety exists (10% of dealers), the primary emphasis is on antiques and old collectibles (90% of dealers). Only dealers with all antiques and old collectibles are being added to the show. No dealer pets allowed.
OUTSIDE SPACES: Outside Spaces at $100 vary in size, but most are 15' front. Depth varies from 30' to 90'. A few spaces have wider frontage and less depth. NO UNLOADING from the road. Your vehicle must fit in your space to unload, where it can remain for the show or move out to a designated parking area.
GRANDSTAND SPACES: Grandstand Spaces at $100 measure 16' x 16' and are on blacktop. Dealers off-load into these spaces and park vehicles behind the North Hall.
OUSIDE DRIVE-THRU SPACES: Outside Drive-Thru Spaces at $130 are more than 100' deep with the capability of exiting out the back of the space. Most have 15' of frontage, but some are 19' or 25' across the front. There are three sections of the grounds that offer this type of space.
INSIDE SPACE IN ANIMAL BARNS: This includes:
Dairy Cattle buildings I and II are dirt floor spaces which all measure 8' deep. Frontages are available in 23', or 25' lengths. All are wall spaces.
Goats/Sheep building also has dirt floor spaces that measure 7 1/2' deep by 25'fronts. All are wall spaces. Cost: $100.
INSIDE SPACE IN CEMENT FLOOR BUILDINGS: This includes:
North Hall where all are wall spaces (most are 17' front x 14' deep)
Small Animals building where all are wall spaces (16.5' front x 13' deep)
Junior Exhibits (most are 16' front x 11' deep)
Fair Office where all are wall spaces (22' front x 9' deep),
Antiques building with wall spaces measuring 29' front by 10 1/2' deep
Horticulture building with wall spaces measuring either 21' or 25' fronts by 11 1/2 deep. Cost: $130 each.
TABLE RENTALS: 8' tables are available. Quantity is limited, so reserve them early. Cost: $10 each.
DEALER SET-UP: Although this is a one day show on Sunday, dealers may arrive from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. Buildings, though, lock up at 8:00 p.m. Saturday. Hot showers and food are available on the grounds Saturday. Buffalo Bill’s is open Saturday from 1pm to 7pm and serves Buffalo burgers, brats, chicken baskets, French fries, and soft pretzels. They are located near the front of the small animals barn. No charge for Saturday set-up. The gate closes from 11:00 p.m. Saturday until 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning, when set-up for outside spaces continues. Buildings reopen at 5:00 a.m. Sunday. All spaces need to be occupied by 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning when four public gates open.
RESERVATIONS: Show is held rain or shine. Pre-paid reservations are non-refundable . Spaces fill rapidly. Any unreserved spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are becoming increasingly limited.
ENTRANCE: The reservation card mailed to you with your space number on it is your ticket to get in the dealer gate. No uncarded vehicles may follow you in. Helpers must ride in the gate with you. Please, no packing until 3 p.m. Sunday.
